Root Cause
When  AP lost contact with ACs,it sends packect to master AC first ,if master fails ,  it contacts slave AC,but it fails too ,it will find master AC again ,each time interval that AP sends message to AC randomly ,so when the links restore ,some APs is trying to contact AC1 and then  they will get online on AC1,others get online on AC2.
But about 10 minutes later ,all  APs will get normal status on AC1(master AC).When APs are normal on AC2(slave AC),they will also detect the master AC (here we enable the protect  restore function),if they find AC1 still alive after 500 seconds ,they will shift to AC1,this is to ensure  the communication between AC1 and AP stable.
Suggestions
It is normal if we find APs go online randomly on  master or slave AC in DUAL-LINK PROTECT scenario ,it is advised to check the status of APs on ACs 10 minutes later.
