Handling Process
1. Upgrade citrix receiver to 4.0 version.
2. Mount net disk,  then use&copy the files.
Root Cause
Citrix receiver 12.1 use long integer data type in file redirection, that determine the 2G limitation of the file size, If single file over 2G will cause abnormal or failure. In Citrix receiver 4.0 version, the limitation change to 4G. So update receiver to 4.0 will slove this issue.
Suggestions
This is receiver limitation, and on Citrix website already announce to users.
So RD and technical service team need to pay attention to Citrix related product upgrade notes. And inform our customer accordingly.
