E6000-NIC teaming cannot connect to network

Issue Description
Configuration: E6000, NX112, BH620, Broadcom advanced Control Suite 3, windows 2008 R2 64bit.
On some windows 2008 blades, after bonding NICs in teams, cannot ping ping the gateway(NX112 VLAN if IP) from some blades.
Alarm Information
In windows OS ping failure. And check Broadcom team software configuration. NX112 configuration.
Handling Process
Check E6000 NX112, Cisco switch, Blade windows2008 OS configuration, and check the Broadcom BACS teaming tool setup. After series networking trouble shooting test, locate the root cause: On BACS teaming setting, use two NIC do the teaming as “Smart Load Balance and Failover” type,  related NX112 port should configure aggregation ports/trunk port. So in Teaming must setup 1 NIC as standby. Otherwise network will not be connected.
Root Cause
Teaming mode is load balance, that required the related NX112 port configure aggregation ports(or trunk).
Suggestions
Should read product spec of E6000, NX112, Broadcom team software carefully.
