Issue Description
An operator MCU8650 train 13 version upgrade, MCU can register to the SMC but not registered to GK, in SMC2.0 maintenance interface, MCU8650 the SMC registration status is displayed in green, GK registration status is gray, which means that can not be registered to GK

1, troubleshoot network can ping each other is through the network properly.
