Issue Description
Fail to upgrade U1980 by LMT.  It shows "failed to backup the current host version".

Alarm Information
N/A
Handling Process
Advice customer install LMT server in the same place with the U1980, where the network connection is very good, and then have a try.
The problem was solved.
Root Cause
The step of " backup the current host version" contains 2 operation: send command to U1900 and wait for file transmission finish.
so we need to check the log to check which operation failed.

Collect logs of LMT server from "C:\Program Files\LMTServer\Log\Log". We found errors as blew:

2013/xx/02 xx:45:37 [GetCmdPackData] INFO CommandMessage.pyo - 215 Send cmd msg:msgUser:[admin],msgId:[22],msgType[33],msgContent[{'ip': '172.x.x.4', 'cmd': 'config upload file all',
2013/xx/02 xx:48:55 [GetCmdUnpackData] INFO CommandMessage.pyo - 280 Send cmd msg:msgUser:[admin],msgId:[22],msgType[34], msgContentDict[{'msgId': 22, 'result': '\r\n\r\nPut file "smcu.bin" to TFTP server 10.x.x.8 ...\r\n'}]
2013/xx/02 xx:51:37 [GetCmdUnpackData] INFO CommandMessage.pyo - 280 Send cmd msg:msgUser:[admin],msgId:[22],msgType[34], msgContentDict[{'msgId': 22, 'result': 'overtime\x00'}]

This message shows the command has been sent to U1900. But the file transmission is not finish in limited time.
This should because that the speed of network connection is too slow.

Suggestions
LMT request a hightly quality of network connection. it is better to put LMT server and U1900 in the same location.
