Can't login VNC_Gate throgh GI945 TC

Issue Description
After finishing the installation of VNC-Gate server which version is V100R003C00, the end user  can't login the system through GI945 TC.But the end user  can login the system through the same TC when the cloud enviremnet is V100R002C01SPC200.

Handling Process
1.Replace the old TC by CT2000
2. Update CT2000 and istall the patch CT2000 JRE1.6.0.38 Function Patch through TCM
3.And then ,the end user can login the system through CT2000.
Root Cause
The architecture for the VNC-Gate server is different  between FusionSpher V100R003C00 adn V100R002C01PSC200. The system use Xen_app to publish the VNC application  in  version V100R002C01PSC200. But the system use VNC server to realize the VNC service. GI945 can't be used for VNC service in V100R002C01PSC200.  The end user can use CT2000 to login the VNC self-service console.
Suggestions
There should be a compatibility list for the end user  to avoid wasting time on this kind of thing.
