1. Change the Transport Protocol between IVS server to CU client to TCP.
Open the CU client, and choose Local Settings —— Network Parameters —— Transport Protocal. Set Transport Protocol to TCP, and Save.

2. Change the Transport Protocol between IVS server to IP Camera.
Open the CU client, and choose Device Mgt. —— Camera. Select a camera, then click Edit

Set Transport Protocol to RTP over TCP, and save.

3. Request the live play again.

Root Cause
Real time business like live play is usually based on UDP Protocol. But sometimes, when the network quality is not so good, it may produces problems like video trailing smear. In that case, we could change the protocol to TCP. Because TCP provides reliable, orderd, error-checked service.
