Alarm Information
ISM show alarm message:”The power module(Disk Enclosure 10, power module 2)is removed.”
Handling Process
Step1:open file \Config\config.txt and search key word  ” enclosure”

And we can see enclosure ID 10 has only 3 power modules ,others has 4modules, that means Enclosure really lost 1 power module

Step2:open file \msg_other\msg_other\Other\emp_mmlinfo ,search “frameinfo”
Find the frame 10, then remember the SCSI Addr: (9,0,8,0)

Step3: open file \msg_other\msg_other\Other\ pangea_mmlinfo, search”9 0 8 0”

Find the MML>mml cmd:sas existget 0, and the power2 is not on

Check other cmd such as :sas poweroutputget0;sas powerstatusget 0;sas powerswverget 0

You will find all of the power module 2’ values are abnormal, that means the disk enclosure is fault. Not the power module.
Root Cause
Root cause:
Disk enclosure fault, and one of the power module can’t connected with enclosure. So it is removed by storage.
Suggestions
Replace disk enclosure.
