Handling Process
Step:open file \msg_other\msg_other\Messages\log_resetXXXX.txt, then find the reset reason


And we can see the reason is oops, that means something wrong with our storage, then we should contact our R&D for deeply analyzing
Root Cause
Root cause:
     Storage ‘s controller USB flash access error, and hold the locking of kernel, another procedure try to get the locking, then kernel oops.
     An oops is a deviation from correct behavior of the Linux kernel which produces a certain error log, When the kernel detects a problem, it prints an oops message and kills any offending process.
