Tecal E9000 CX311 Switch Module HA Configurations

Issue Description
Tecal E9000 with 2 CX311 switch modules, Mezz510 connected to Mezz1 and internally mapped to CX311. The customer are unable to connect two or more cables from one storage (with 2 controllers) with redundant paths (Two SAN switches).
The topology is as below:
Alarm Information
When plugging two cables it shows following error and disappear all volumes in blades.

Alarm Msg: [Wed Oct 21 03:50:38.467 UTC 2013][A][1005.0103][Potential misconfiguration: TF ports of the same port group discovering multiple fabric names.]
Handling Process
In order to avoid single point of failure, the suggestion topology is in below figure.
Then log into the Emulex BIOS to enable the FCoE, after logging into the OS, use OCM to distribute the bandwidth of Ethernet and FCoE as 50%,50%.
Root Cause
When CX311 runs in Transparent mode (NPV), it acts as ENode to connect with external FC switch. So it cannot connect to two external FC switches simultaneously as the figure below, because ENode cannot login to two different name server simultaneously.
