Use SecureCRT login S5700 console port fail

S5700 V100R006C01SPC100

Customer use SecureCRT tool login the S5700 via console, it's fail.

Handling Process
1:customer can use the same console cable  login AR1200 was success. so the cable is ok.

2: after customer reboot S5700 to check the console, all the output information is normal, console port no problem.

Don't choose the  item "RTS/CTS", then test login is working ok.
Root Cause
1: S5700 console port fault

2: the customer used console cable fualt

3: the SecureCRT has problem
Suggestions
When use SecureCRT login S5700, don't enable any item under flow control.
