Issue Description
The end-back of sig doesn't login the UI management interface, the customer can not manage the sig end-back.
Alarm Information
The end-back of sig doesn't login the UI management interface, the customer can not manage the sig end-back.
Handling Process
1. Use this command display dpi data-server to check the dpi data server status.
2. Use /etc/init.d/dpiserver status to check all kinds of dpi server status.

3. Net step we check the reason the oracle failure and get mgmt-0 and mgmt-1 messages,it show us that the sig end back link the database failure between Oct 31 09:43:59 and Oct 31 09:51:06.
4. And then check the oracle log again, the Oracle sigdb-1 force to logout at Oct 31 09:50:23,Oracle db-2 force to logout at Oct 31 09:51:27. It results that the both database are unusefull.
5. According to the conclusion, the engineer should restart the mgmt-0 and mgmt-1 slave server.

Root Cause
