The user cannot login U1911 through WEB due to a large number of Voice Mailbox was configured

Issue Description
eSpace U1911 V100R001C01SPC300
Customer report they can login U1911 through SSH but cannot through WEB, the only way to solve is restart the device, after notice the issue happened when they configure voice mail services on web, first the web is always trying to response, but it never finished like below, then they cannot login through WEB.

Handling Process
1. Check the browser version, it was IE8 the same with the recommended one.
2. Check the network , it was ok, because there is no problems when they configure other services through WEB.
3. Check the configuration, and found there were more than 20 voice mail box were configured, after R&D test, this cause the host very slow, and finally cannot login.
4. Actually, there is no need to configure so many UMS no, after explain to customer and delete others UMS no, the problem was solved.
Root Cause
1. It may due to the browser version is not the same with the product recommended version.
2. It may due to the network between this browser and system is not stable
3. It may due to the host have no response.
Suggestions
The Voice mailbox is only a virtual box, different user can use the same Voice mailbox.
