SingleCLOUD-VDI-VM time zone is not correct

Issue Description
Customer said that he observed that the issues always coincides with the fact that the time zone settings always resets itself to the default time zone  - The Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)+8 time zone. Whenever the time zone is manually reset to - (UTC+01:00) West Central Africa the issue would be rectified. All the VMs are already on the domain and can ping the IP of the NTP clock source.
Handling Process
There are 2 options for solving this issue.

1 Change this policy to Use server time zone.

Within Desktop Studio, navigate to HDX Policy –> Users and edit Unfiltered policy, Navigate to ICA –> Time Zone Control –> Use local time of client.



2 Keep this policy and change TC time zone. If there is TCM server, you can change TCM to the right time/time zone. All TC will synch time with TCM.
Root Cause
Because DDC policy lead to VM using local time of client (TC). The VM using client time zone. The TC is shipped from China and default time zone is UTC+8. So the VM displayed wrong time and time zone.
