there is no response while cliking "OK" for adding N8300 in ISM :

Alarm Information
Handling Process
 Environment clean, retry as below:
(1)    Execute javaws –uninstall
(2)    Delete” C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ISM\V1R3 “(it’s the installation directory for XP), if it’s WIN7 & WIN Server, the directory is “C:\Program Data\ISM\V1R3”.
(3)    Input N8300’s console IP in IE and download ISM to check whether could add the N8300.
