# symptom:
after opening fusion access page and enter username and password and try to login ,the log in button is not activated and a message appear that connection to database is not successful

1- Check that the user name and password are correct.
2- Check windows logs.
Right click on my computer > mange > diagnostics >event viewer > windows logs > system

#Solution :
Activate SQL services manually
Right click on my computer > manage > configuration > services > search for MSSQLServer services and start it manually.
