How to Export logs for N8300 through ISM

Issue Description
Usualy we need to check logs when the customer have any problem in his N8300, - hardware issues, network issues, performance issues -  
Alarm Information
ISM generate alarm for most of problems in this storage.
Handling Process
How Exporting System Logs

1. In the navigation tree, choose All Devices > Clustered NAS Storage System > Settings.
2. In the function pane, click Export System Logs. The Export System Logs dialog box is displayed.
3. Double-click the cell below the File name corresponding to Device Name to change the file name.
4. Click Browse. The Export Logs dialog box is displayed.
5. Select the location for saving the log information. Click Save.
6. Click OK. The Information dialog box is displayed.
7. Click OK.


How Exporting Collected Disk Information

1. In the navigation tree, choose All Devices > Clustered NAS Storage System > Settings.
2. In the function pane, click Export Disk Info Collection. The Export Disk Info Collection dialog box is displayed.
3. In the Set the Names of Files to Be Exported group box, select the items whose disk information is to be exported.
4. Double-click the cell below the Directory corresponding to Device Name to change file directory.
5. Click Browse. The Export Disk Info Collection dialog box is displayed.
6. Select a location to save the file. Click Save.
7. Click OK. The Information dialog box is displayed.
8. Click OK.

How Exporting the Operating Data

1. In the navigation tree, choose All Devices > Clustered NAS Storage System > Settings.
2. In the function pane, click Export Running Data in the Import and Export area box. The Export Running Data dialog box is displayed.
3. In the Set the Name of Files to Be Exported group box, select the items with the operating data you want to export.
4. Double-click the cell below the File name corresponding to Device Name to change the file name.
5. Click Browse. The Export Running Data dialog box is displayed.
6. Select the location for saving the operating data file. Click Save.
7. Click OK. The Information dialog box is displayed.
8. Click OK.
