Issue Description
After add the camera to the platform, in the recording management, it is showed the camera isn’t recording.

Handling Process
1. log on the web site of this camera
2. choose Protocol>Security
3. Make sure the User Verification check box is NOT SELECTED. Then click OK to restart the device.
Root Cause
The live of this camera is not working either. After check the log of DCG, it is showed the authentication didn’t pass. 
Suggestions
Don't change the password of camera after add the camera.
