Issue Description
eSpace U1910 does not respond to ping command.

Handling Process
1. Ping test. 
       The device did not respond
2. Check the IP address of the U1910.
        Connected the laptop to the U1910 with the serial cable and found out the IP address of the device.
3. Checking for any IP conflict.
         Disconnect the U1910 from the network, connect the laptop to the network and tried to ping the IP address off the U1910 (while                  U1910 was not connected to the network). No device responded.
4. Check the boot mode.
          Connected the laptop to the U1910 with the console cable and during startup, the device was using auto boot mode. Pressed D to           stop the auto boot mode and everything went well from here.
Root Cause
1. Ping test.
2. Check the IP address of the U1910. 
3. Checking for any IP conflict. 
4. Check the boot mode.
Suggestions
U1930 should boot up in Normal Boot mode.
