Automatic installation for Microsoft .Net Framework 4 fails.

Handling Process
If the PC runs a 32–bit OS, log in to the Microsoft Download Center and download Windows Imaging Component at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=32.
If the PC runs a 64–bit OS, log in to the Microsoft Download Center and download Windows Imaging Component (64-bit) at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=1385.
After WIC is installed, run the FusionCompute_EnvCheck.bat file again.
Root Cause
The Windows Imaging Component (WIC) provides WIC-enabled applications to display and edit any image format for which a WIC-compliant CODEC is installed, and also to read and write metadata in image files. If WIC is not installed, NET Framework can’t be installed.
