eSpace U1930 Drop Call after 50 Second

Issue Description
For the incomming call from PSTN line to the PBX user is no issue.
Hence, for the outgoing call from eSpace U1930 , Sip User calling
out to PSTN number will keep disconnect after 50 Second.

show softargu configinfor id 227
   If the Value is "1" then
       config softargu type 227 value 0

Value 0 = Disable , Value 1 = Enable
Root Cause
The default setting in U1930 is Enable ,
This setting function is used to detect the signalling in U1930.
We need to disable it or So need disable it or the system will
assume the user is not online and will auto disconnect in 50 second
