FusionCompute V100R003C00 Error Code 11200009 Is Displayed During Login to the FusionCompute Portal

Issue Description
When a user attempts to log in to the FusionCompute portal, error code 11200009 is displayed.
If you do not need to enter the verification code, you can successfully log in to the system. Otherwise, the login fails.

Handling Process
Use PuTTY to log in to the active and standby VRM nodes one by one as user root and run the following commands to delete all Tomcat and gc logs in the corresponding directories:
rm -r /opt/galax/vrm/tomcat/logs/localhost_access_log.*
echo '' > /opt/galax/vrm/gc.log
Root Cause
 Error code 11200009 indicates that the system fails to generate a verification code.
public static final Integer VERIFYCODE_CREATE_ERROR = 11200009;
 The verification code generated will be displayed in a figure. However, if the available space in the root partition is insufficient, the figure cannot be displayed. As a result, the system generates this error code.
 After logging in to the active and standby Virtualization Resource Management (VRM) nodes and running the df command to check the usage of the root partitions, we found that the usage has reached 100%.
 After running the find command, we found that Tomcat logs use 6.9 GB space on the active VRM node and 4.7 GB on the standby VRM node.
