Issue Description
we received mail from customer telling us that he face a problem in virtual snapshot and he can not make snapshots any more
Alarm Information
- after we checked the event logs we found that  , snapshot failed  from lun 1 to lun 6:
The snapshot (Session0_snap06_Lun0001 59) disabled unexpectedly , The snapshot (Session0_snap05_Lun0001 51) disabled unexpectedly , The snapshot (Session0_snap04_Lun0001 43) disabled unexpectedly, The snapshot (Session0_snap03_Lun0001 35) disabled unexpectedly, The snapshot (Session0_snap02_Lun0001 27) disabled unexpectedly , The snapshot (Session0_snap01_Lun0001 17) disabled unexpectedly , The snapshot (Session0_snap00_Lun0001 9) disabled unexpectedly, The snapshot (Session0_snap04_Lun0006 48) disabled unexpectedly , The snapshot (Session0_snap00_Lun0006 14) disabled unexpectedly

- also we found :
2014-06-05 18:20:32    0xe020c0001     The capacity of the resource pool is to be used up, and then services employing the resource pool will become abnormal due to the lack of resources.    Check pool(A)
Handling Process
- Check owner controller for all affected luns :
we found that all affected LUNs from 1 to 6 owner controller for them is controler A
- check resource pool A :
after checking we found that 99 % from capacity is consumed ,so no more snapshots can be done using  resource pool A

        Resource LUN Info
        Pool ID:A
        LUN ID:25
        LUN Name :ResourcePool_A
        RAID Group ID:0
        LUN Size(MB):524288
        LUN Usage Percentage(%):99

- to solve this issue we have to do the follwings steps :
1-  add more LUNs to resource pool A
2-  chage owner controller for some LUNs from controller A to contrler B to make load balance between resource pool A and B.

Root Cause
- check the resourec pool .
