The SAS expansion port is partly damaged

Issue Description
- after  checking logs we found the connection beween SAS expansion port  in controller enclosure 0, SAS controller B, port EXP0 and SAS expansion port in disk enclosure 2, SAS expansion module B, port PRI .

- alarm s in log :

Handling Process
- ask customer to :  disconnect the cable which was connected between (disk enclosure 2, SAS expansion module B, port PRI)  and (controller enclosure 0, SAS controller B, port EXP0) for 5 minutes and clean the expansion ports from dust using a brush and reconnect it again .

- in this case problem solved after clean the expansion ports from dust using a brush. 
- in the other cases if the problem still exsit we should follow below steps :
   1- check another cable.
   2- if problem still exsit change expansion port.
Root Cause
1- check SAS port cable.
2- check SAS expansion port  .
