Would like to share with you regarding to this Headex guide for U1930 or U1980 of its Attendant Services - Break-In. Here i attach is a screen shot highlighting the issue.

In this guide it show only *80* TN (TN could be any intra-office number) in order to "Break-In" a ongoing conversation. The correct respond is suppose to be *80*TN#. In simple its just missing a "#" symbol step.....
Update the information in latest  documentation. Else to a new user who is configuring may encounter the same problem.
