Call forwarding extension number to be display on the Third Party VMS

Issue Description
The U1980 V100R001C01SPC900 is integrated with Telesoft VMS.
We have created user A & User B on U1980.
User B call forwarding on busy/no reply to telesoft VMS.
On Telesoft VMS they have creatred mail box for User B.

Handling Process
I checked all the documents and found that same can be changed by changing the softargue value.
After changing the
[%eSpace U1980(config)]#config softargu type 269 value 1 
The User B information was displaying on the VMS and MWI of the same user was blinking.
In this way the issue was resolved.
Root Cause
During integration the telesoft was not getting the proper information regarding the forwarding extension. Example user A calls User B user B is on call forward to Voice mail on no reply/Busy. The Telesoft VMS is getting the information of user A and they need user B information in order to blink the MWI of user B and he can listen the message.
Suggestions
As per my suggestion the VMS should get the forwarding user information instead of direct caller information so that actual user message can be retrieved and MWI can be light up.
