FAQ: SSL VPN user need to re-login after HRP failour of SVN 5560 because of VRP issue

Issue Description
SVN 5560 is deployed in 1+1 mode(dual system hot backup), but after the HRP fail, the  slave SVN take the charge but we had found after 2/3 minutes, the  present SSL VPN user(who had already login in SVN as remote user), the time is out & associate session is deleted. The user need to again re-login and then found ok. But the deployment is 1+1 mode, which will ensure the smooth handover of the associate SVN service.

Handling Process

The associate configuration of SVN for HRP failover is found ok, then we communicate with HQ personal for solving this issue, for the sake of smooth handover service in cause of HRP fail. After analysis, it had fond that the present SVN VRP version is SVN5560 V200R001C01SPC500 and suggesst us up-grade the VRP version to SVN5560 V200R001C01SPC600 which is more stable. After the SVN VRP version up-gradation the problem is solved.

Checked the related configuration of both SVN and found configuration is Ok. 
Suggestions
For the smooth service, during the project deplyment phase, we should need to deliver the more stable software version for meet the customer requirments.
