Java issue in Fusioncompute

Issue Description
When the customer tried a new instalation he received an error, a java issue.

The error message is “Java environment variables in the system are incorrect”.

Handling Process
The customer followed these steps from below and the problem was fixed:

On the local (Windows) PC, click Start, enter path in Search programs and files, and press Enter to open the Environment Variables window after that have to delete JAVA_HOME and JRE_HOME from System variables and start the wizard again.

Root Cause
-The customer JAVA variables  are:

         CLASSPATH=.;%JAVA_HOME%\lib;%JAVA_HOME%\lib\tools.jar
        JAVA_HOME=C:\Java\jre7
        PATH=C:\Java\jre7\bin;%PATH%;


-ISM works fine.

Possible cause:

A necessary Java file (such as java.exe, jre.exe, javaw.exe, or jvm.dll) is unavailable in the directory to which the PC environment variables JAVA_HOME or JRE_HOME points.
