the call is being forwarded” but nothing happens

Issue Description
I am not able to get the board number transferred to mobile between 8AM – 9AM and 6PM – 9PM. If someone calls on 500(Reception) from another extension it is getting forwarded to mobile but external calls are not. When I call the board number I am getting a message that “the call is being forwarded” but nothing happens

Solution
ask customer to apply this command to U1910 :

[%eSpace U1910(config)]#config modify trunkgroup no 6074 restrict yes outgoingright inter&local&ddd&idd

so now we change call right of PRA from default {inter& local } to {inter &local & ddd &idd } and now any incoming call to u1910 can forward back to mobile
