40103 Error occurred in the eSpace Meeting when trying Adding an Enterprise Administrator Account

Issue Description
We would like to create an Enterprise Administrator Account: Choose Services > Enterprise Administrator Account, Click Submit.
Click OK. When push the Submit button we can see: System exception. Error code: 40103!

Handling Process
Steps:
1. Get debug logs and check this one deSpaceMeetingCmu_c600.log

{ErrorCode=40103} add default `enterprise area mapping`, `MRS` and `MS` cluster error
{ErrorCode=40103} do DASSerialize failed, deparse error [403016726]

2. Search this log dSDU_c401.log for 403016726

Execute sql failed.Execute SQL failed, INSERT INTO ECONF_ENTERPRISE (ENTERPRISEID, NAME, STATUS, FEATURE, AUDIOPORT, VIDEOPORT, DATAPORT, FOREVERAUDIOPORT, FOREVERVIDEOPORT, FOREVERDATAPORT, ISSUPPORTTP, NEEDDEFAULTAREA, ENTERPRISEPASSWORD)  VALUES (:ENTERPRISEID, :NAME, :STATUS, :FEATURE, :AUDIOPORT, :VIDEOPORT, :DATAPORT,  :FOREVERAUDIOPORT, :FOREVERVIDEOPORT, :FOREVERDATAPORT, :ISSUPPORTTP, :NEEDDEFAULTAREA, :ENTERPRISEPASSWORD), ds0310012, 403016726

4. Check version System Maintenance->Information Collection->System Version   - V100R001C03 SPC200

5. Ask customer what patch he applied: SPC205

6. Check Release info document for SPC205 patch

7. Ask customer to do a fresh install of eSpace Meeting V100R001C03  and then apply the SPC205 patch using the Installation guide.

Ask customer to do a fresh install of eSpace Meeting V100R001C03  and then apply the SPC205 patch using the Installation guide.

When applying patches first check the Upgrade Guide since some versions/patches may have special instructions other then the ordinary ones.
