TimeZone & NTP Service Configuration Issue

Issue Description
The customer wants to configure the time zone settings and NTP settings on E9000 via MM910 Management Module.

He is unable to find the settings in HMM Web Interface, as per the hedex there should be Time Zone Settings in SYSTEM MANAGEMENT > SYSTEM SETTINGS > TIMEZONE & NTP. But in actual they are NOT present on the HMM web console.

Solution
Procedure how to upgrade Management Module

Upgrade the standby MM910.

1 Log in to the standby MM910 WebUI.
For detailed operations, see A.2 Logging In to the MM910 WebUI.

2 On the WebUI, choose System Management > Firmware Upgrade > SMM.

The page shown in Figure 4-6 is displayed.

NOTE
If the value of BOM Version on Firmware Upgrade is greater than or equal to 002, the MM910
cannot be rolled back to V100R001C00SPC150 or earlier.

3 On the SMM tab page, locate the Upgrade File row, and click Browse.

4 In the displayed window, select the upgrade file MM910-CPLD-Vxxx.hpm saved on the
PC, and click Open.

5 Click Upgrade, and click OK in the displayed window to upgrade the CPLD of the
MM910.
If the system displays Upgrade succeeded. You need to restart the system for the
upgrade to take effect. Restart now?, the CPLD has been upgraded successfully.

6 Click OK to restart the MM910.
WebUI connection is interrupted temporarily. It takes about two minutes to restart the
MM910.
NOTE
If the CPLD and firmware need to be upgraded at the same time, click Cancel, that is, do not restart
the MM910. After the firmware is upgraded, restart the MM910 to save time.

7 Re-log in to the MM910 WebUI.

8 On the WebUI, choose System Management > Firmware Upgrade > SMM.

9 On the SMM tab page, locate the Upgrade File row, and click Browse.

10 In the displayed window, select MM910-ManageApp-Vxxx.hpm, and click Open.

11 Click Upgrade, and click OK in the displayed window to upgrade the firmware of the
MM910.
If the system displays Upgrade succeeded. You need to restart the system for the
upgrade to take effect. Restart now? after 10 minutes, the firmware has been upgraded
successfully.

13 Re-log in to the MM910 WebUI.

Upgrade the active MM910.

14 Upgrade the active MM910.

Repeat Step 1 to Step 13 to upgrade the active MM910. Please note that the operation
object is the active MM910.


NOTE
After the active MM910 restarts, it enters the standby state. Therefore, you are advised to use the
static IP address of the active MM910 instead of the floating IP address to log in to the active
MM910.
