Windows 2012 R2(64bit) installation blue screen error on RH2288H V2 server

Issue Description
Customer reported that there is an installation blue screen error during installation of Windows 2012 R2 (64bit) on our RH2288H V2 server.

The error message is following:

Handling Process
1. Check RH2288H V2 compatibility book, Windows 2012 R2(64bit) is in the supported: 


2. From the error message, it’s a boot device access error reported by Microsoft installation program, so we checked Microsoft knowledge base and find that there is a bug from Windows that may cause this problem. The following KB describes it in detail and gives out detailed steps of solution.

Root Cause
Root cause(by Microsoft):

This problem occurs if the storage controller receives a memory allocation that starts on a 4 gigabyte (GB) boundary. In this situation, the storage driver does not load. Therefore, the system does not detect the boot disk and returns the Stop error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.
Solution
There are several ways to resolve it:
1. Preinstall this update into custom USB installation media
2. Preinstall this update into custom ISO installation media
