Issue Description
Hardware configuration:

2.  The problem is resolved after the RAID controller card is replaced.
Root Cause
The RC200 RAID controller version is 1064E b2, which does not match the firmware version 1.32. After the RAID controller card firmware is upgraded, the controller is damaged. As a result, the RAID controller card cannot be used.

Solution
For a faulty RAID controller card, recommend that the customer should not refresh the RAID controller card firmware without help from Huawei technical support, and Huawei provides a new RAID controller card for replacement. For faulty RAID controller cards, the onsite engineer needs to consult with Huawei headquarters (4008229999) to decide whether to provide new RAIN controller cards in batches for replacement.

Suggestions
Customers do not need to upgrade the RAID controller card firmware. If the RAID controller card firmware needs to be upgraded, the customer should consult with Huawei technical support (4008229999) for further operations. Otherwise, the misoperation may result in unrecoverable damage to the RAID controller card.
