The Camera Rotates back a Specified Time After It Is Rotated

Issue Description
After a user rotates a camera to a position on the PTZ control panel, the camera automatically rotates back after a specified time.
Handling Process
Step 1 Check whether the camera is configured with the alarm linkage to a preset position.
1. Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client, and choose Alarms > Alarm Linkage.
2. Select the camera from Camera List.
3. Select the trigger condition on the right and click   to check whether the camera is configured with the alarm linkage to a preset position.
If yes, no further action is required. If no, go to the next step.
Step 2 Check whether the camera is included in camera sequence resources and configured with a preset position.
1. Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client, and access the Live Feed tab page.
2. Click   at the bottom of the Live Feed tab page. The Sequencing page is displayed.
3. Select camera sequence resources from Sequencing Resources.
4. Check whether the camera is in the Camera name list and configured with a preset position.
If yes, no further action is required. If no, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
Root Cause
 The camera is configured with the alarm linkage to a preset position.
 A preset position is set for the camera during the setting of camera sequence resources.
