Esight V2R5C00 cannot display AP Channel Spectrum in WLAN managment

Issue Description
Problem  : Esight (software version V2R5C00) cannot display AP Spectrum under WLAN Resource Management. In order to enable the Esight to receive the AP channel status information,  including statistics on Signal strength on the non-overlapping channels, signal spectrum, channle Quality Trend ,Channel Quality Spectrogram ,Duty Cycle,etc under WLAN AP management, we need to further configure spectrum sampling parameters on the WLAN AC controller..
Handling Process
To enable Esight to collect the AP status in order to create the spectrum statistics:

(1) Log-in to AC6005, and enter into the wlan sys view  to configure the spectrum collecting parameters as follow:

[AC6605-120-wlan-view]ap 0 radio 0

AC6605-120-wlan-view]work mode monitor

[AC6605-120-wlan-radio-0/0]spectrum-analysis enable

[AC6605-120-wlan-radio-0/0] spectrum-analysis spectrogram-server-report enable (2)

(2) To enable and allow esight to communicate with AC to collect spectrum parameters:

          spectrum-analysis spectrogram-server ip-address 10.137.59.125 port 32181 (ip-address: esight's server ip )

           spectrum-analysis server ac port 6412
Root Cause
The spectrum Analysis modulus have not been activated with the configuration.
Solution
Troubleshooting Procedures:

(a) Log-in to AC6005 and start debugging to see if the spectrum sampling information is properly send to Esight

If the message is being outputed , the spectrum analysis modules of AP on the AC6005has been sucessfully activated and packets  sent to the Esight already. Take the packet capture again on the Esight to see if the same packets are all well-received through the use of wireshark.



Otherwise, if no message is being outputed, that means the spectrum snalysis module of AP on the AC6005 have not beep properly activated.The reason may be ap does not import the packets to the AC, or there exist conflicts on the internal ports of the AC6005.



Do the following to further debug the rootcause:


a).To check configuration command on the spectrogram servr ip port 32181

b). Make sure AP has configured with 

[AC6005-wlan-radio-0/0]spectrum-analysis enable

[AC6005-wlan-radio-0/0] spectrum-analysis spectrogram-server-report enable

c). Disp vap all to check the ap status.

d). To bverify the AP has configured with " Spectrum-analysis enable"
Suggestions
In order to allow the Esight to display the spectrum analysis , make sure the AP spectum collecting parameters on both the AC and ap radio are well-configured, if the spectrum information still cannot be properly displayed, you can packet capture on both directions on both the AC and esight  to ensure the spectrum information is sent correctly.
