Unable to see the playback record of NVR6128

Issue Description

Server Type:NVR6128

Version: eSpace IVS V100R001C30LGLE01SPC200

Problem Description: Customer was unable to see the playback record of specific IP-cameras despite of all services running and recording status is showing that cameras are recording indeed.

Alarm Information

Cannot see the playback record.

Handling Process

According to the MRU logs below,

2015-06-25 15:57:26.836 | Error         | 0xdd323ba0 | check_disk | Disk.cpp:223 | Check disk fail, disk is bad or open file failed. diskPath=/mrumnt/RecordFile1, flag=7

This error means that the disk cannot be read/written, so we cannot record.

Here is the way we handle:

·         Umount the recording path /dev/md1

·         Repair the system

·         Mount the recording path

Since the operation is risky which has the possibility to lose all the recording, please ask for help from Huawei Engineer immediately when problem occurs.

Root Cause

The disk cannot be read/written, so we cannot record.

The file system for recording path is XFS, since we use 7*24 to record, the disk will be read/written all the time, so the disk/file system has that possibility after running a long time.

Solution
If we meet the error in the logs below,
