Issue Description
How Do I Query the CTI License File?
Solution
1. Log in to the web configuration console as a system administrator with ID 1.

Open a web browser, enter https://WAS server IP address:port number in the address box (default port number: 8443), and press Enter.

2. Choose Web Configuration Console > License.

3. Set Select Active/Standby Type to Active Server License and click Query to query the license file loaded on the active CTI Server, as shown in Query.

If the parameter values shown in Figure 1-2 are not the default values and are the same as the values that are actually required by the enterprise user, the license file is successfully loaded. For example, the value of Max. Number of Agent must not be 4 (default value) and must be the same as the number of agents that are actually deployed. If the license file is not loaded, click Import to load the license file.

4. Repeat the preceding steps to query the license file loaded on the standby CTI Server.
