Issue Description
Why do tellers fail to log in to VTAs after the business information template where teller IDs and names are modified is imported? 
Solution
The original mapping between tellers and media terminal numbers is not deleted from the modified business information template. Media terminal numbers are insufficient, so they cannot be automatically allocated to tellers.

Add media terminal numbers and then import the modified service data template. (To add media terminal numbers, see Verifying Voice and Video Services > Configuring CTI Information > Creating a VDN and Allocating Resources to It in the product documentation.)
