Publication Date:  2015-07-02 Views:  71 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
How Do I Verify the Connection Between the MCC and CTI Platform?
Solution
Step 1 Log in to the MCC server as the Elpis user.

Step 2 Go to the directory where the Tomcat logs are stored.

cd /home/Elpis/tomcat6/logs

Step 3 View the logs.

tail -n1000 -f catalina.out

The parameters in the preceding command are described as follows:
  •  tail: displays the last specific lines in a log file.
  •  -n1000: displays the last 1000 lines in a log file.
  •  -f: displays the lines that are updated in real time.
If information similar to the following is displayed, the MCC is correctly connected to the CTI platform.

2012-04-24 16:37:32 [Common] Create CCS Connection......
2012-04-24 16:37:33 [Common] Create CCS Connection......OK!
2012-04-24 16:37:33 [Common] The CCS Version is ICDV300R005C50

If different information is displayed, the MCC fails to connect to the CTI platform. In this case, re-configure the connection between the MCC and CTI platform by referring to Installing the MCC in the eSpace VTM Software Installation Guide.
