Issue Description

NetEco is generating the Abnormal Alarm : Supply-air HT

Supply Air High Temperature Alarm is giving Alarm Warning intermediate on every 45-90 Second.

Handling Process

User found there is abnormal alarm message is generated from the NetEco randomly on every 45-90 second.

Alarm Name : Supply-air HT.

STEP 1 .

To verify if the NetEco is working fne, enter to IDS2000 and check the NetCol5000a Alarm.

-Check the Air Filter, Compressor Oil, Room temperature, Outside room temperature.

STEP 2

Setting>System Settings>T/H Setting

Configure the "Supply-air temp Set Point " from 22 Celcius , set to 20 Celcius for more cooling.


 

Root Cause

User Added new load in the Rack.

Customer have installed 2 New Server in their Rack inside IDS1000 which will increase the Load and

generated more Hot Air. Vise Versa it will required more cooling power.

Solution

Enter in to the NetCol5000a Sytem,

Settings>System Settings > T/H Setting >

Control type : Supply-air ( Current Setting and Design of Cooling Method )

Adjust the Supply-air temp Set Point :  20 Celcius.  ( Before is 22 Celcius )


 

Optional Solution :

Settings>System Settings > T/H Setting >

Change the T/H control type to "Return-air"

Configure the "Return-air temp set point from 35 Celcius to 38 Celcius.
