Issue Description
Fault "cannot find system logs" occurred in NGFW USG6680 when upgrading the system version from V1R1C30 to V5R1C00.
Handling Process

On the firewall's diagnose-view, use "display log type original syslog disk information" command to check the database hard disk location of saving syslog:

 [USG6600-diagnose]display  log type original  syslog  disk information
----------------------------------------------------------------------
     table name : Tdl_Syslog_Org;
     max log number : 25000000;
     current log number : 102;
     monitor table id : 92;
          ------------------------------------------------------------
          disk table id : 92;
          disk table sub id : 1;
          table name : Tdl_Syslog_Org_1.db;
          table loaction : /mnt/sda/nlog/db_home/syslog;
          max log id : 102;
          assigned log id : 102;
          time zone : 28800;
          begin time : 1440499354;
          end time : 1440500086;
          max log number : 500000;
          current log number : 102;
          state : 0;
          DB type : 1;
          file valid flag : 0;
          control table id : 91;
----------------------------------------------------------------------
[USG6600-diagnose]

With the red words, we can find the hard disk path is incorrect. And the correct path should be:

[USG6600-diagnose]display  log type original  syslog  disk information
----------------------------------------------------------------------
     table name : Tdl_Syslog_Org;
     max log number : 25000000;
     current log number : 102;
     monitor table id : 92;
          ------------------------------------------------------------
          disk table id : 92;
          disk table sub id : 1;
          table name : Tdl_Syslog_Org_1.db;
          table loaction : /mnt/hdd/nlog/db_home/syslog;
Root Cause
 The root cause is that in the old version V1C1R30, the database hard disk path is "mnt/sda". But in the version V5R1C00, the path has been changed to "mnt/hdd". The syslog cannot be saved and found because the path "mnt/sda" is  not existed in the new version.
Solution

Currently we can solve this problem by resetting the hard disk.

1、[sys]disk offline   //hard disk is offline
2、[diagnose]reset disk   //hard disk resetting
3、check the resetting completed or not
[USG6600]display disk in
Disk information:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Filesystem Status : Un-Mounted ================>"un-mounted" means resetting completed
Filesystem Total : 0MB
Filesystem Free : 0MB
DiskId : 1
DiskVendor : HITACHI
DiskSN : KFGX4U4R
DiskFirmwareVer : A440
DiskCapacity_Total : 300G
DiskRaidMode : INACTIVE
DiskIOC_Vendor : LSI LOGIC
DiskIOC_SN : SAS2308
DiskIOC_FirmwareVer : e030001
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
4、hard disk is online
[sys]disk online
