Issue Description

Softconsole user (Agent) cannot make calls to PSTN using prefix 9.

Handling Process
Capture logs from U1960 using QSIG trunk in order to find why the call is not established and what do PBX with this call.
Root Cause
From the call logs is found the softconsole don’t send complete number dialed.
Solution

Calling rule configuration has as a maximum number field the value of 8.
So, need to configure in user the max intra-office number for can send to PBX complete number dialed.

After tried to call again, now agent can make calls to PSTN.
