Issue Description

Customer is having an alarm from his RH2288H V2 server type which is reporting an error regarding the SAS cable:

Solution

In order to check the alarm, we need to collect the server logs via iMana.

Then, we can suggest to customer to check if the SAS cable is correctly installed like the pictures below:

The customer was checking the SAS Cable and indeed this was connected in a wrong way.
