Issue Description

The Problem: The Server is restarting with no warning. It happened once a month.

We can see the Error in the imana :

Sensor: System Boot / Restart Initaiated (SysRestart) Event DDescription: System restart, cause unknown, command from ch #0 Event Code: 0x1d0700ff

After i checked  logs we found that there's no problem from the hardware point of view.  The restarts were requested from the OS.

I recommended to our partner  a BIOS and iMana upgrade to the last version.

Solution

Final Solution : there was a OS issue, after the BIOS and iMANA update to the last version  everything  was ok.

After the upgrade, the server didn't  experienced a system restart.

The  current BIOS / iMana  versions were:

 BIOS  Version:     (U102)V396

Active iMana Version:           (U1029)7.01

The server has been upgraded to BIOS / iMana version:

BIOS Version: V512

iMana Version: V719
