Issue Description
ESXI hosts disconnect from vCenter from time to time and not more be able to manage, all VMs run forward normally, via iBMC to access ESXi DCUI failed(not respond after enter the password), after reboot of ESXi host can vCenter connect ESXi host normally!
Handling Process

Generate the logs using One click information.

Uninstall the existing LSI driver.

Install the proper LSI driver.

Root Cause
RAID card driver.
Solution

Huawei suggested to use mpt3sas driver 09.00.00.00-1OEM which is compatible with both VMware 5.5 and 6.0. for LSI

Please refer to below steps to downgrade the driver:
Step 1: Copy **** vib to /tmp
Step 2: esxcli software vib install -v /tmp/****.vib
Step 3: reboot OS
Step 4: esxcli software vib list | grep mpt3sas        //see the result, if can be displayed properly driver version
Step 5: esxcli software vib remove -n lsi-msgpt3
Step 6: reboot OS
Step 7: vmkload_mod -l | grep mpt3sas         //check if driver is loaded successfully

      enable the debug mode from BIOS for future errors.
