check call record on BMU web page, some missing

Issue Description

customer feedback can not search the call record after 11.12 on BMU web page.

ECS version:V200R003C00SPC100.

Handling Process

1.inquire customer he change some server configuration or not on 11.12. customer feedback he upgrade CDR server, then he can not search the call record after 11.12 on BMU web page.

2.check the CDR configuration, the bill file is set to C disk. check this path. I find that C:\Bill\CurFile”and “C:\Bak\CurFile exist the bill files after 11.12.

3.check BMU configuration, BMU connects to CDR is ok.

4.check the Apache FtpServer configuration,  go to“apache-ftpserver-1.0.6\res\conf”folder and check“users.properties”file

this means FTP shares the D:/Bill/CurFile to BMU, but bill files are at C:\Bill\CurFile. then set the bill file path to D disk on CDR server, then find CDR generates new bill folder with current date 11.24  at D:/Bill/CurFile, also find new bill file in it. so I think before upgrade CDE, the bill file path is D disk, but after upgrade, customer sets bill path to C disk.

5.copy C:\Bill\CurFile folder after 11.12 to D:/Bill/CurFile. then disconnect BMU and CDR, then connect again. BMU should get bill from CDR bill path automatically. but after that, customer still can not search bill record after 11.12. then I check D:/Bill/CurFile, from 11.12---11.23 folder, the bill files still exist. this means BMU can not get them.but 11.24 bill files BMU can get.

6.I think for old bill files, BMU get them from CDR having some problem, then I directly copy the bill folder that BMU can not get from C:\Bill\CurFile to BMU installation path:

C:\Program Files\eSpace_UC\eSpace_UC_Server\Server\BMU\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\BillFile

this path is the BMU store the bill files locally it gets, then BMU will write these bill files to DB at regular time and delete them. after operation, customer can search call record after 11.12.

Root Cause
FTP share the D:/Bill/CurFile to BMU, but bill file is at C:\Bill\CurFile. then set the bill file path is D disk on CDR server, then find generate new bill folder with current date 11.24  at D:/Bill/CurFile, also find new bill file in it. so I think before upgrade CDE, the bill file path is D disk, but after upgrade, customer set bill path to C disk.

this path is the BMU store the bill files locally it gets, then BMU will write these bill files to DB at regular time and delete them. if customer can not search some time interval call record, this way is helpful.
