Failed to log in WEB GUI of U1980 after rolling it back from a upgrade failure

Issue Description

After rolling back from a failed upgrade of eSpace U1980, it's found that it's unable to log in its WEB GUI.
Current Version:  V100R001C20SPC400
Failed Upgrade Version:  V200R003

Alarm Information

Error shown on the web page as below when trying to log in.


Handling Process

1.Logged in the U1980 via SSH(admin/huawei123)
2.Used the following command to check the web file of U1980
   [%eSpace U1980]>show all files
   It's found that the web files size was  far less than the normal (12632674B).
   It's deduced that the web files was lost or demaged during the upgrade or rollback process, then decided to re-upload web files.
3.Configured tftp server IP with command below:
   [%eSpace U1980(config)]#config system hostip X.X.X.X
4.Built the upgrade server with tftp tool 3CDaemon on PC with the above IP X.X.X.X configured, and keep the communication between the upgrade server and U1980 available.
5.Copy the 4 web files that are from the software package of V100R001C20SPC400 into the upgrade directory of tftp server mentioned above. 
   
6.Used the following commands to re-upload web files into the U1980
   [%eSpace U1980(config)]#config download file webfile slot 0
   [%eSpace U1980(config)]#config download file webfile slot 1
   After re-uploading web files, the issue was resolved.
