U1980, Call forward override configuration

Issue Description

One hotel customer has following requirement.

(1)     Room to Room Dialling will be barred from (10 pm to 7 am) for all extension and needs to be forwarded to the softconsole.

(2)     Some operators and Selected Admin extension shouldn’t be barred and can make call to the Room from 10pm to 7am

Solution

For the first requirement, it can be realized by cfc.

Configure “conditional call forward” feature for common room number.  From 10 pm to 7 am, it needs to be forwarded to the softconsole access code. As follows, “XXX” needs to be replaced by room number. “YYY” needs to be replaced by softconsole access code.

config modify subscriber dn XXX operatenewservice add newservicerights cfc

config add forwardcondition dn XXX index 1 state any fwdnum YYY starttime 00:00:00 endtime 07:00:00
config add forwardcondition dn XXX index 2 state any fwdnum YYY starttime 22:00:00 endtime 23:59:59

config activeservice dn XXX type cfc index 1

config activeservice dn XXX type cfc index 2

 

For the second requirement, need to use the call forward override feature. (Only patch V100R001C01SPH906 and V200R003C00SPH701 supports this feature)

Configure forward override service for “operator and Selected Admin extension”, as follows. “XXX” needs to be replaced by “operator and Selected Admin extension” number.

debug debug_pid usam cmd 500 p1 XXX

 

Note: if want to disable the call forward override right, need to use the following command.

debug debug_pid usam cmd 500 p1 XXX P2 0
