Issue Description
Customer was unable to see 3 days old videos
Handling Process

Remote access to customer

Checked IVS configuration, and found no issues.

Access server checked server uptime- found that the server was rebooted 12 days ago

Checked server date- Server date was 3 days old than current day

Checked last file saved at the logs- Logs shows that there were saved acordingly to server current time.

Asked user to change current date with date --set "XX-XX-XXXX"

after changing the system date, we review IVS records and we were able to see the videos after changing the date.

Suggest customer to perform

Root Cause

Server was rebooted 12 days before the remote access, found that the server was saving videos as should be doing it. Problem was caused because the system was not syncronized and was taking BIOS/ hardware date. Asked user to change current date with date --set "XX-XX-XXXX"

Solution

Asked user to change current date with date --set "XX-XX-XXXX"

after changing the system date, we review IVS records and we were able to see the videos after changing the date.
