Issue Description

Two unified gateways(U1960) are deployed at the headquarters as the active and standby nodes. After customer configure this service as our documentation said,  the status of connections between the active and the standby U1960 is disconnected

Solution

1. Check the license of Master and slave U1960 first, and ensure the license of slave U1960 has enabled.


2. According our documentation, check the configuration in active and standby U1960, and the transmission type are using.

3. At last, we tried to redefine the password. then issue solved.

We used following command to re-define a password:

Primary U1960:

Config modify datasync password ******

 

Secondary U1960:

Config modify primaryserver password ******

Notes: for some reason, the password between active and standby node is different, it's an last option to change their password to test connction.

but there aren't any description about password setting in our documentation currently.
